PLEASE read the info on the 2nd picture explaining what info I need from you to make your hat. Size, colours & whether you'd like a pompom can be given in the comments to seller section at checkout (if you forget or it doesn't work for some reason please email or message using the chat with us box with the info) Failure to do so will result in a delay in making your order while I contact you on the email address you provided at checkout.
I aim to have orders shipped within 10 working days at the latest. If for any reason, I can't keep to this timeframe I will email you to let you know & give the option to bear with me or get a refund. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of being requested.
